Recovery Rides

Accident Replacement Vehicles

Stay moving after a crash.

Practical replacement vehicles for people dealing with an auto claim — including when rental coverage is unavailable, delayed, or exhausted.

Washington launch · Eligibility review required · No promise of insurance reimbursement

How it works

Five steps from request to resolution

  1. STEP 1

    Request or referral

You submit a short request, or a personal-injury law firm refers you with your authorization. Minimal information only.

  2. STEP 2

    Eligibility review

We review the request to see whether a placement makes sense and what billing arrangement, if any, can be offered.

  3. STEP 3

    Vehicle match

We match a practical sedan, crossover, or family vehicle to your household needs and general pickup area.

  4. STEP 4

    Rental period & documentation

You sign a standard rental agreement. We document the placement dates, vehicle, and rate schedule in plain terms.

  5. STEP 5

    Billing resolution

Charges are invoiced under the agreement. Where a deferred claim-based arrangement was approved, we work the paperwork through that channel.

Who we help

When the usual rental path is not solving the problem

No rental coverage at all

Your policy never included rental reimbursement, or the at-fault carrier has not accepted responsibility.

Rental limits exhausted

Your daily or total rental allowance ran out before your vehicle was repaired or your claim resolved.

Carrier delay

Liability is still under investigation and the transportation decision keeps getting pushed out.

Repair or total-loss gap

Your car is in the shop, awaiting parts, or has been declared a total loss and you are between vehicles.

Represented clients

You are working with a personal-injury attorney and need reliable transportation while the claim proceeds.

Practical fleet

Vehicles built for real life, not a showroom

No exotics, no luxury upsell. Clean, reliable, safety-focused vehicles that get you to work, to therapy appointments, and to school pickup while your claim is worked out.

  • Inspected and cleaned between placements
  • Modern safety features and current maintenance
  • Matched to household size and driving needs

Sedans

Efficient commuter cars for daily driving, work, and appointments. Easy to park, easy on fuel.

Crossovers

Higher seating position and cargo room for Washington weather, gear, and mixed city and highway driving.

Family vehicles

Three-row SUVs and minivans with room for car seats, kids, and the school-and-appointment routine.

For law firms

A transportation option for clients who are stuck

Personal-injury firms in Washington can refer a client in a couple of minutes. We handle the eligibility review, the vehicle, and the paperwork directly with the client.

Refer a Client
  • Simple referral

A short form with minimal client information — no claim numbers, policy numbers, medical records, or documents.

  • Status visibility

Your referring staff can check where a referral stands: reviewing, approved, vehicle assigned, active, or closed.

  • No payment guarantee

Referring a client never obligates your firm to pay or guarantee rental charges.

  • No referral fee

We do not pay referral fees, and nothing of value is exchanged for sending a client our way.

Billing, in plain language

What you will owe, and who owes it

Fixed rental charges

Rates are fixed and market-based, disclosed in writing before the placement starts. They are never a percentage of a settlement, verdict, or any other recovery.

Deferred claim-based billing may be offered

After an eligibility review we may offer to defer billing while a claim is pending. It is a case-by-case option, not a standard term, and not a loan.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed

No insurer or settlement is promised to cover these charges. You remain responsible for amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Recovery Rides is a vehicle provider

We are not a law firm, an insurance company, or a lender, and nothing here is legal advice. For advice about your claim, talk to an attorney.

A short request starts an eligibility review. It takes a few minutes and it is not a reservation or an approval.
